In my opinion, Dima was one of the best UX & Product Designers at Outreach. Every time we discussed an initiative or feature, he had a deep understanding of what it meant across the entire platform, what the potential consequences and risks were, and where user friction might occur before it became a problem. That combination of professionalism, systems thinking, and genuine care is incredibly rare.

What makes Dymitr stand out is the combination of his design skills and the kind of teammate he is. He's exceptionally good at taking on complex, ambiguous problems and turning them into thoughtful, polished solutions. Watching him lead projects like Revenue Agent and the Account Overview redesign from the initial idea to the final experience demonstrated the strength of his product thinking and design craft.
Beyond that, Dymitr is someone people genuinely enjoy working with. He communicates clearly, is always approachable, and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable. He brings positive energy to the team and somehow manages to make people laugh, even during stressful moments. He makes collaboration feel effortless, and I think that's a big part of why everyone enjoys working with him.
Andreea Jakubec
Dima is the person I'd want in the room for complex cross-platform and governance problems. He has strong systems thinking and a natural ability to see how decisions in one part of a product ripple across the whole experience. Working with him always made it easier to untangle complicated design challenges and arrive at solutions that scaled well across the platform.

What I enjoyed most about working with Dymitr was how he approached problems. He always came in with sharp questions and thoughtful proposals instead of simply reacting to what was in front of him. Beyond that, his team spirit and genuinely positive attitude made him a pleasure to work with. He had a way of lifting the energy of everyone around him.
Nikola Malović
Dima approaches design from multiple angles. He develops a deep understanding of both the problem domain and the implementation aspects, consistently delivering solutions that work well for both the product and engineering. He's also incredibly open-minded, listens carefully to feedback from all stakeholders, and iterates on his designs remarkably fast. I especially appreciated being able to reach out to him one-on-one for direct feedback on specific design questions. Those conversations were always full of valuable insights and helped me make better decisions.

I really enjoyed working with Dmytro and I’m grateful for the time we had together on the team. He is a great software designer who brings much more than just strong design skills. One thing I especially appreciated is his solid understanding of technical topics beyond design, which helped him collaborate effectively with engineers and understand the bigger picture.
Dmytro was always willing to help, support others, and jump in whenever needed. He is very approachable, easy-going, and creates a positive atmosphere around him. Working with him was always smooth and enjoyable because of his open communication and team-oriented attitude.
